There are two ways to register for the meeting:
    on-site - where you will stay at the Asilomar conference center
    off-site - where you register for the meeting but will not be staying at Asilomar Conference Center and/or are only attending for some of the days

On-site:
  • Meeting fees: $1100 single occupancy, $750 double occupancy

  • This charge is all-inclusive, covering conference registration, on-site housing, all meals, and the Gala Dinner at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

  • Reservations may be made by sending the registration form and payment to Asilomar via fax, mail, or email.

  • Off-site:
  • should you wish to stay off-site, but still attend part or all of the meeting, please use the off-site guest registration form

  • Single-day registration is $200, student rate is $150. This includes all meals and meeting events, except the Gala Dinner. Please contact Heather Cartwright (heather.cartwright@stanford.edu) for more information.

  • Important:
  • The last day Asilomar will refund full fees (less $50 fee) on cancelled reservations is March 16th
